To attune to your internal experience, is the beginning of truly understanding yourself, and the barriers that come in between you and the path you choose to take. These barriers come in all forms- pain, anger, depression, anxiety, fear, complacency, etc. So lets look at the spoken and unspoken, implicit and explicit, meanings we make and carry through our days and years. Relationships with our children, partners, and family members tend to show us our most accurate 'emotional temperature'. So as we bring our attention to those 'emotional land mines', we again deepen our relationship with self.

I have worked at West Valley Counseling Center since 2012.  In this time, I have gained vast experience, and I have been mentored by senior colleagues. As a licensed clinician, I am focused on internal growth by assisting clients, in looking inward, and freeing up space in their 'hard drives'.

Through shared human relationships, we can untangle our essential complexities. We will look at your patterns, reenactments, and defenses- to explore how you interact with yourself, and life. Transformative moments happen in any and every relationship, therefore they enhance your insight. Insight starts the work inside and outside of therapy.

If you want to see the present... touch a flower
If you want to see the future... touch a life."
