I believe in creating a safe space for clients to reach a place where they can connect to their emotions and freely express themselves. I truly care for all of my clients, and assist them in finding strength and empowerment in order to create the changes they desire. As the daughter of Latin American immigrants, I am fluent in Spanish and am fully aware of the cultural aspect that may make a difference in people’s lives. I am committed to the well-being of all my clients. Therefore, my approach is to be flexible in meeting each individuals needs by finding what works best for them. My experience is in working with adults, adolescents, children, families and couples with a variety of presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, lack of motivation, trauma, victims of domestic violence, and those on the autism spectrum. I also have an M.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a specialization in Art Therapy from Phillips Graduate University.
