Julie received her BS in Accounting from California State University, Northridge.  After 10 years of working as a CPA in the Financial Services and Business Management world, she recognized she wanted to work with people on a much deeper level.  Julie earned her Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy and a concentration in Co-Occurring Disorders at Phillips Graduate Institute.  Julie brings a great deal of life experience to this work enabling her to connect with her clients on a variety of levels and in both an empathetic and meaningful way.  She understands the importance connection plays in the healing process, and strives to provide a safe place where you can explore your deepest concerns, work through your challenges, and come out on the other side feeling empowered, and on a positive path toward growth and well-being in a manner that works best for you.
