Rachel Lee

Rachel Lee, is a pre‑licensed Marriage & Family Therapy graduate student,
currently completing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Golden Gate
University. She earned a BA in English and Women’s Studies from the
University of Pennsylvania and holds a Master’s degree in Mass
Communications from San José State University.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology sector,
Rachel developed apps and tools that provided communities access to
high‑quality content and support—particularly in areas of health,
fitness, and parenting. Her passion for mentoring and fostering
resilience inspired her transition into the counseling field.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered,
integrating solution-focused strategies that emphasize identifying
strengths and taking practical steps to build confidence and momentum.
She also weaves in mindfulness practices to help client's clear mental
clutter and align actions with core values. She is committed to creating
a grounded and supportive environment customized to each individual's
unique path.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel enjoys spending time with her
husband, their two teenagers, and their golden doodle, whether taking
long neighborhood walks or unwinding together with movies.
Rachel is eager to support others on their journeys of growth, healing,
and self-discovery.
