Jessica Lewis, is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist graduate student. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University. She previously earned a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Northridge, where she also completed certification as a Mental Performance Consultant.

Jessica’s background includes working extensively with athletes, focusing on mental skills training to enhance performance. Her work emphasized building confidence, managing emotions, and cultivating mindfulness—skills that continue to inform her clinical practice. Jessica takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, strengthen emotional regulation, and build effective coping strategies. She brings warmth, empathy, and collaboration into the therapeutic relationship to support clients in achieving their goals.

In addition to her clinical work, Jessica enjoys teaching yoga in her spare time. She often integrates principles of mindfulness and mind-body awareness into therapy, drawing on her yoga practice to support clients in developing grounding techniques and enhancing emotional well-being.
