
Alayne Anderson
Before working at West Valley Counseling Center, Alayne spent several years in the nonprofit sector with a focus on healthy teams, cross-cultural relationships, effective communication, and conflict resolution. Her subsequent HR roles emphasized promoting inclusive policies and workplace health.
Alayne provides a warm, compassionate, culturally-sensitive space in therapy. Using a holistic, trauma-informed lens, she works to support clients as they connect the dots about who they are and what next steps would be most aligned with their values. Alayne offers a supportive, collaborative environment tailored to clients to promote relief, self-knowing, and integration in their unique journeys.
Alayne received two B.M.s in Music Education and Piano Performance at Chapman University, and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University.
