Hanna is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Santa Barbara and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from University of California, Santa Barbara.
She has experience working with clients from ages 8-56 years old. Her focus is on creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where the client can be their authentic self. Hanna’s approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, which means she believes you are the expert on your own life. She believes her role is to support the client with empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine understanding as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or just seeking greater self-awareness, Hanna believes therapy is a collaborative process between individual and therapist. She aims to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and meaningful connection.
