Rose Calvano

Rose Calvano is a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and pre-licensed Professional Clinical Counselor currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at West Coast University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies, informing a culturally responsive and inclusive clinical approach.

With over 12 years of experience supporting children, families, and complex care systems, Rose has worked in leadership, case management, and direct care roles, including coordination of services through the North Los Angeles County Regional Center. She is an active member of NAMI, a graduate of the Family-to-Family program, and holds CCAPP certification in ethics and professional boundaries.

Currently throughout her training at West Valley Counseling Center, Rose provides trauma-informed, person-centered care focused on emotional regulation, resilience, and self-advocacy while honoring each client’s cultural identity and therapeutic goals.
